Normal Quests or Chapter Story Quests are the Main Quests in Unison League. These set of quests are involved with the game's Main Story. These quests are also the only way for players to increase their Rank to be able to do higher ranking other kinds of Quests.
There are two worlds which are the setting for these Normal Quests: Granvia and Cegeris. The player's Rank are separate between Granvia and Cegeris. Most Sub Quests, Enhance Quests, Tower of Judgment Quests, and Event Quests currently use the player's Granvia Normal Quest Rank.
