Targets with this buff will ignore the Damage Reduction and Damage Reflection of their enemies upon dealing damage using an attack Ability. It will also ignore Damage-Reduction and Damage-Reflection Gear Skills.
Certain Piercer effects are also able to ignore Damage Nullifying Effects.
