Each stack of this buff restores 5% of maximum HP every 5 seconds. Targets with this buff can only have a maximum continuous healing of up to 100,000 HP. This limit does not affect enemy Monsters.

If the All Stats Increase effect is removed during the time the Continuous Buff is still active, this Buff will apply the All Stats Increase effect again at the next 10-second point for the entire duration of the Buff.
