• This Monster Gear is part of the collaboration of Unison League and Puella Magi Madoka Magica.
• This Monster Gear is based on Madoka Kaname as Ultimate Madoka.
• The cost, skills, and stats of this Monster Gear are different compared to the Japanese version of the game, as the Madoka Magica collaboration event was released much later in the Global version than in Japanese UL.
• Ultimate Madoka is unique in that her two stats can be chosen by the player upon exchanging the Ultimate Madoka Summoning Scroll for her.
  • The stat combinations that can be chosen are ATK/DEF, DEF/MDEF, ATK/MATK, MATK/DEF, MATK/MDEF, and MDEF/ATK.
